It depend of the concomitant treatment , Khellin warks better with sunlight, but if you are using Psoralens is better controled phptotherapy.
Narrow band UVB is now considered to be the phototherapy of choice for extensive vitiligo. It now supersedes PUVA for this indication. For localised vitiligo, excimer laser/light/lamp is the preferred option.

The treatment of vitiligo is unsatisfactory and in most cases the patient is best advised to seek effective cosmetic camouflage for the lesions on exposed skin. In sunny climates, the prescription of sunscreens is often necessary.
However its a difficult thing to cure or treat, but Narrow band UVB and excimer laser is good choice and ofcourse depends its localized and stable or not.
