Hi I am looking for a good protocol and kit for transfecting mice neuronal cells with the amyloid precursor protein APP in order to produce amyloid beta.

Regarding Neuro2A transfection I would invite you consulting the post in the link below.
In brief, the best recommendation would be the Magnetofection method, with the use of NeuroMag transfection reagent. This reagent was first developped for primary neurons (cortical, hippocampal...) and showed huge efficiency in numerous neural cell types .
