Can you share a bit more about what you are working with and want to gain?

Do you wish to image an entire intact mouse brain or just thick 1-2 mm sections? What resolution do you want and which microscopes and objectives do you have available? What other qualities do you want? Undisturbed membrane structures and the possibility of using lipophilic dyes?

What was the limitation of iDISCO in your work?

I've tried all the methods and the best for me is the PACT technique. It works well and the brain is completely transparent.
