Kindly suggest any advance technique to sterilize lyophilized protein. I am using EtO to sterilize lyophilized protein but again there is an issue for EtO adducts in proteins may impact the functionality of the protein material for further cell experiments.

If it is for use as a sterile drug, the choice is sterile filtration prior to freeze drying and then performing the filling and lyophilization process under aseptic conditions
