The most frequently used technique is to use several LIkert-scored items for each of your key concepts, and then to combine those separate items into a scale.

To decide which statistics to use, one should know the research questions / hypotheses. For examaple if your Research Questions sayes: What is the difference between X & Y, then you may use test; and if oyur questions asks the difference between X, Y, Z,, then you may need to use ANOVA. Ohtherwise, if your Question askes about the relationships between variables, then you may need to use Pearson correlations.

You can use binary  logistic regression technique  to determine provider acceptance of the decision. After using the likert scale to determine the strength of acceptance, you then use binary logistic to know the factors that will affect respondents acceptance of the decision
