There is n=3/genotype. My genotypes are WT, mutant 1, mutant 2, and the compound mutant (mutant 1+2). I was thinking a 2 way anova except my compound mutant already is capturing the interaction between the two mutations (with predictably unpredictable results!). I have also considered a 1 way ANOVA but -in addition to info about how different each genotype dataset is from WT overall, I would also like to get stats in a post test for individual genes (which I don't think you can do with a 1 way anova). Thx for any help.
