We are investigating the genetic relatedness of wild boar in a 2600 ha model hunting ground. We have codominant data (microsatellites) and also the data of each individual provided by hunters (age, gender, sampling date and so on). I already perform analysis in Cervus, but problem is, that confirmed relations candidate mothers/fathers-offspring are not always possible, regarding the age of individuals. To investigate further, I did analysis also in Colony, but I got two issues about it: (a) not all mother-offspring relations was confirmed, in comparison with Cervus (even the one which are possible by the age of individuals); (b) when I am repeating the analysis in Colony, with different set of runs (number of runs = 1
