Which primers would suggest for metabarcoding plant species in diet analysis (feacal samples), for detecting European plant species in temperate forests?

- very often used are these three primers:

i) trnL g and trnL h (Taberlet et al. 2007) = cp trnL (P6-loop, 10-143 bp)

ii) trnL c and trnL h (Taberlet et al. 2007) = cp trnL (P6-loop, 180 bp)

iii) UniPlantF and UniPlantR (Moorhouse Gann et al. 2018) = nrITS2 (187-387 bp)

Primers of Taberlet et al. 2007 are very much used, but new primers were develop in 2018 by Moorhouse et al. Any experiences, advices? Thank you very much for the answers.
