In this modeling I want to generate the spatially distributed runoff values in the urban watershed. I have completed the modeling and want to visualize the results overlapping with town existing drainage lines, therefore, which is best for this purpose and how?

There is a lot of software available for urban storm drainage modeling like HEC-RAS, LISFLOOD, MIKE FLOOD, MIKE URBAN, SWMM,4D GIS.
Well, you can use Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) as it is a freely available software.
For your goal better use software "SURFER" . "Surfer" best GIS software for visualistaion. It is my experience.
