for malayan gaur and tiger, you can use OptiXcell from IMV Technologies. It works for fresh and frozen semen.

For malayan tapir, you can use INRA 96 for fresh semen and INRA Freeze for frozen semen. Both are from IMV Technologies.

For asian elephant and sunbear, i cannot tell you which is better, but i'm sure or OptiXcell or INRA 96 should work.
