I'd like to do whole genome sequencing of those isolates in my country and compare them to a reference genome?
perhaps use types: ATCC's 25416 and 13883 respectively.
thanks
Is this accession number for reference genome? Phil Geis
Those are culture collection designations of type strains.
These are "type" strains - the specific isolates that define the species.
ATCC offers link to 25416 genome https://genomes.atcc.org/genomes/fdb6ee7d7a1c4ffc?_ga=2.179345761.413019455.1620039199-715791063.1619788701
and 13883

Thank you Phil Geis
For K. pneumoniae you can use MGH78578
