Uncertainty analysis is important in scientific research that contain experimental work. This analysis take into account the effect of errors that yield from instruments and experimental procedure. I need a reference to know how to do it.

The reference is the GUM (search BIPM GUM) but it isn’t easy to understand. NIST has online material and my organisation (NPL) does some e-learning courses on uncertainty analysis.
I also think that the GUM is the first reference. It is an admirable, detailed practical guide which provides a unitary, internationally accepted procedure for evaluating and expressing uncertainty in measurement. Besides the Guide, I highly recommend the book:
