I need some help. I have been testing 10ppm and 5ppm AgNP on various surfaces for there anti-microbial activity. However when washing these surfaces with water, i get significant reduction in efficacy. Can someone recommend a binding agent I can use to extend the anti-microbial efficacy of AgNP's post interaction with water or an other liquid on surfaces? I know this is broad, but any help would be greatly appreciated. I would prefer a non-chemical agent and also the ratios if known.
