Hi Rogerio,I recommend you EBSD If you are analyzing cross sections, also you can try using BS signal for chemical composition contrast and EDS fro approach to the type of oxide, but if only there are Iron oxides (FeO, Fe2O3,Fe4O4) the best way, I think, could be EBSD.
