EUCAST recommends Mueller-Hinton medium for MIC determinations of bacteria. (more info here: http://www.eucast.org/ast_of_bacteria/media_preparation/ )
They also have documents about MIC determination for fungi. For instance, I've used RPMI medium in the microdilution method for determining MICs of certain yeasts.
