Hi, could you please advise me on the ChIP-seq library preparation kit? Which one are you using and you find the best? The input is nothing special, transcription factor, average concentration (@30-50ng, depending on the factor). Few years ago I was using a Multiplex diagenode kit, it was ok, but the entire protocol is very simple, so maybe there are better, cheaper options available right now.
