Hi. I want to get some confocal microscopy images from casein micelles reconstituted from a caseinate solution. For what I've been reading, the fluorescent probes could be either rhodamine B, rhodamine B isothiocyanate and fluorescein isothiocyanate among others, but those are usually the most employed. I would like to know which label could be the best suitable for these images. Thank you!
