In your opinion, what is the best flow cytometer that currently exists in the market to analyze microparticles?

Hi Javier, we have used both FACSCanto II (BD Biosciences) and Cytoflex (Beckman Coulter) to analyze microvescicle, but at the end we prefear FACSCanto (for the software)

It depends on the specific application. For routine FACS I used BD FACScanto and LSR Fortessa. Both seem to do the job well.
Beckman Coulter's Cytoflex is optimized for microparticles, but I have not worked with it.
