What is the best coating to use when adhering C2C12 myotubes to Glass bottom dishes?

I have experience in using poly-d-lysine but have been advised to try fibronectin or laminin for this particular cell line. Which coatings have you had success with in the past, and what procedures did you follow for adhering your c2c12 myoblasts to glass, before differentiating them into myotubes?
