Hi, Mental nerve blink reflex (MN BR)is an objective test that can be used in these cases. There are some papers found in literature that use this test instead of other subjective tests such as the ones you stated.

Dear Bassam I recommend this article for you, the authors describe 3 levels of assessment; the first level is assessed by 2-point discrimination and directional discrimination, the second level by Contact detection and the third level by Pain sensitivity. each of these levels assesses nerve fibers in descending order of diameter; 5-12, 4-8 and 0.05-1 micrometer respectively.
