Thank you for your suggestion! I agree that using nanoparticles with inherent toxicity to tumors is a great approach. However, I’m particularly interested in targeting my toxic nanoparticles using a peptide. As I mentioned earlier, it would be ideal if the peptide itself also has cytotoxic properties—essentially killing two birds with one stone by combining both targeting and cytotoxic effects. Do you have any recommendations for such a peptide?
