What is the best alternative for MOPS buffer in RPMI1640 Medium in order to do antifungal activity of Caspofungin,Fluconazole,Voriconazole and ampgotericin B ,for Candida species?
-As in my work, I am doing the MIC test for the mentioned antifungals and using MOPS buffer in RPMI 1640 Medium,and I want to replace MOPS buffer with another available substance.
So If any one have an idea about that!

What is the problem with MOPS as buffer? Why do you want to replace it?
What is the required pH of your medium?

Peter H. Roos is of course right, it is difficult to suggest a better solution if it is unclear what is to be improved.
Fundamentally, buffers work within +/- 1 pH-unit around their pKa. Assuming that you want to work near pH 7, any non-toxic substance with a pKa in the range of 6-8 would work, in principle. Since, however, in cell culture buffering is required because of metabolic acid production, the pKa should be lower than the desired pH, that way formation of acid would initially increase the buffering capacity. In that respect, the commonly used MOPS and HEPES are both suboptimal (pKa at 37 °C 7.0 and 7.3, respectively).
You can find the buffer pKa for various temperatures for example at https://www.sigmaaldrich.com/life-science/core-bioreagents/biological-buffers/learning-center/buffer-reference-center.html. Of course, you'd then need to find out how compatible these substances are with your application.
