What is the band, detected by pTrkB-Y515 antibodies on 92kDa?

Hello,

I study the change in TrkB phosphorylation under the short-time (no more 1 hour) influence of certain factors in HT-22 hippocampal using Western blot analysis. Antibodies ThermoFisher PA5-36695. On the blot, 2 bands are detected: 145 and 92 kDa. This does not contradict the documentation for antibodies.

The density of the bands varies in the same samples in the same direction.

What may be the band, detected on 92 kDa? TrkB.F1 has not this site of phosphorilation (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/protein/AAP21832.1). Can this change in phosphorylation lead to activation of receptor kinase pathways?

When I searched in Google with the key words "TrkB WB", I found that many TrbK antibodies could detect two bands, 145kDa and 92kDa. The 92kDa band might represent TrkB peptide with low level modifications.
