In many cases, they may fail to follow the promise to allot time for spouse or family members.

So starting of work- family conflict is just become a matter of time.

The scientists have to compromise either with science or with family.

So he/ she have to lose some important aspects of family life or science may loss activity of a good worker.

Keeping balance in both sides is very difficult.
