In a majority of urinary tract infection (UTI) subjects , E.coli is responsible for infection which detected in laboratory accompanied with antibiotics test. Micro-organism in some individuals, specially in women is not sensitive to traditional agents such as fluoroquinolons and other traditional oral drugs. Nitrofurantoin is effective in many cases, but is not well tolerated in a few percent of subjects (particularly in children) because of GI upset and vomiting. What is the alternative drugs for this patients?
Si el Antibiograma esta reportado con Concentración Inhibitoria Mínima, se escoge el antibiótico que tiene CIM menos de 4 y se da al paciente y esperar si mejora por 48 a 72 horas, además de buena hidratación para usar el mecanismo de defensa por arrastre y dar Vitamina C para acidificar el Ph de la orina y hacer una vacuna con la bacteria multi resistente para vacunar al paciente.
If the Antibiogram is reported with Minimum Inhibitory Concentration, the antibiotic that has MIC less than 4 is chosen and given to the patient and wait if it improves, for 48 to 72 hours in addition to good hydration to use the mechanism of defense by drag and give Vitamin C to acidify the Ph of urine, and make a vaccine with this Bacteria (multi drug resistance) for vaccinate the patient.
Druga such as cotrimoxazol or nalidixic acid , which have a significant renal clearance and make small changes in the intestinal flora, are a good alternative.

In subjects particularly children who have hypersensitivity to sulfonamides such as sulfamethoxazole ( pruritus, rash and urticaria ) treatment remains difficult, incomplete and unsuccessful. In addition in many individuals E.coli is not sensitive to sulfonamides.
