I think you are busy with a very interesting project. However with anything new like this, the "definition, meaning and classification" of such a concept like the Sharing Economy is not always very clear and it take on different meaning. Thats the reason why your work will be very important to at least get some clarity and meany of these concepts.

Hi Constantin, first I'd like to say I used your paper - 2010. A Critical Analysis of Nonaka’s Model of Knowledge  - for my master's in network analysis, so thank you for that!

From what I understand the Shared Economy is also referred to as 'uberization'. It's a follow on from an attitude found in open source collaboration. It involves sharing code, resources etc (airb&b) and has a cyclical process where waste is said to be transformed lower down the chain.  There is quite a lot of research on AirB&B so I'll include a link to a doc I found online - http://citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/viewdoc/download?doi=10.1.1.644.7793&rep=rep1&type=pdf - there are quite a few references on this paper too.  Good luck and thanks again, Shay.

I published a book on Organizational Knowledge Dynamics in USA, IGI Global in 2015. It is the only book presenting a new and more adequate way of knowledge understanding and its entropic dynamics. See the presentation attached. May be your university library can purchase it. It is really a quite revolutionary perspective on knowledge dynamics based on thermodynamics.

I believe sharing economy is basically an opportunity, born in a very competitive environment, in which two business partners or simply two people benefit from sharing certain costs.

Thanks for your suggestions and references. Yes, the concept is relatively new and analyzed from different perspectives (economics, management, information and knowledge management, sociology etc.) which makes it rather fuzzy. I am working for a book chapter and I really want to understand very well the new phenomena.
