Digitalization changed not only the way people do business but also the way young people use powerful technologies to communicate, create networks and perform different activities online. Also, digitalization changed the way students learn and that means we have to change our way of teaching. My question is how to improve our way of teaching students in universities by integrating the phenomenon of digitalization in our work?

Using gamification is great, indeed. I believe that is also helpful to invite students to work on their projects using collaborative tools available online (including Google Drive and apps), and create a shared space for working.
In the digital age, real-life simulations represent an essential role in the teaching process in universities and done through gamification platforms as Alex Capatina mentioned, engages the student in a productive learning curve concerning business processes. Often these platforms enable the interaction between teams toward predefined goals with limited resources (a zero-sum game type of approach) that sometimes might inhibit the creativity of involved students. Using data generated by actual companies in simulations might overcome this phenomenon and allow students to understand how to better adapt to a business environment that is rapidly changing.
Blended learning is the future. Teachers must identify which areas to digitize and how to engage the class on and off campus.
