I would like to design High Intensity Aerobic Interval Training for overweight males. I would like to know the time and intensity of intervals and scientific reason for this type of training. Recently Gibala et al. suggested low volume and high intensity interval training. Based on this report, this kind of training along with its time benefits, have good effects on fat loss and metabolism. But I think that is very exhausting and intolerable especially for fat or overweight people and that we should use training with longer time and a little lower time. Any suggestions?
