I've done an anion exchange chromatography of my protein which includes tev protease.
But I cannot find out what is the pI of tev protease
Does anybody know the isoelectric point of tev?
please help me
lt calculates out to 8.9 by this analysis tool
https://web.expasy.org/protparam/
but you may want to use the specific mutant in your construct, which often include His tags etc (that typically don't change the pI much). Good luck!
This larva was captured using a plankton net in the Persian Gulf during the summer. I believe it may be a Facetotecta nauplius.
