@ Bishal- I had a quick look at the paper..Seems like they are compensating the wavelength dependent coupling ratio variation (to certain extent, which increases the operating bandwidth) using phase control section.

Nagaraju Bezawada, Thanks for the explanation. But I am still unclear about the approach on how that phase control mechanism can lead to broadband performance.
