(2) in the attached file, which wavelength should be considered the cut-off wavelength.?
(3) in which region of the absorption spectrum the fundamental absorption edge is considered ?
(4) if in that region, i have more than one absorption peaks, will i have more than one fundamental absorption edge ?

A what point your absorption intensity reaches saturation or maximum corresponding to that frequency is the absorption edge.

this graph is insufficient to discuss the absorption. I propose, you plot the logarithm of intensity (transmitted or reflected intensity?) as a function of energy.
The knowledge of the temperature would be important and the typical phonon energies. Then it helps to know the substance (direct or indirect semiconductor?). Furthermore, is "mol%" a doping or refers your question to this component?
All important facts to evaluate the measurement are unknown.
