XRD machines of Bruker (D8 Advance model ) and Panalytical (Empyrean model) shows an 2Theta range in high negative angle (upto -111 Degree. Kindly let me know what is this negative angle and what is usefulness of such High negative angles?
Just remember that XRD is at least a 2D phenomenon! Ideally, one must measure the diffractograms in both directions positive and negative 2Theta like in the Debye-Scherrer method to eliminate errors. Also as in SAXS measurements. The high values are probably to accomplish this in "back reflection" mode. My guess.
