the prime objective of all types of organisations is profit earning but above it is the issue of long term sustainability. There are many ways to achieve it. I am narrowing down the discussion on culture. what should be the organisation's strategy in this context? Proactive culture is initiative based and motivates employees through soft HRM practices to continuously update their knowledge and efficiency for better performance. Performance based culture motivates through incentives like financial rewards for enhanced performance. Shouldn't organisation implement a hybrid culture (combination of two) to sustain itself?
