What is different between using orbitrap LC-MS and iTRAQ-labelling with orbitrap for comparative proteomic?

I'd like to perform a comparative proteomic between two different breed lines of chicken to identify differential protein profile, protein expression but I have less experience in LC-MS/MS therefore, please kindly advice which below instrument would be more useful:
