I just switch from SPSS to Graphpad prism 6. In analisys, there is option to select experimental design between RM (repeated measure) and Ordinary (no pairing) for one-way ANOVA. What is different between these two? and What kind of experiment is suitable for each of them?

The design difference is the same as for paired (repeated measure) t-test and between subject t-test, generalized for more than two pairs/groups.
In a repeated mesures design (in the simplest form), each subject perceives each factorial level of the IV. For example, you test the effect of alcohol on the reaction time, with 0 beers, 1 beer, 2 beers and 3 beers. Each participant receives each dosage (apparently in ascending order) and after each beer the reaction time is tested.
In contrast, in a between/no pairing design, you would assign different participant to each dosage group, so each subject would reiceive either 0, 1, 2, or 3 beers, but only one condition and is tested only once.
Edit: reaction time in particular is probably not the best DV for an ANOVA, but i think the principle gets clearer with this example.
