Cosmic Mind power related to cosmic energy force where earthly environment or its effect may not have any relevance . However his unions cannot not be measure as it has certainly an influence of planets just as Sun,Moon,Mars,Mercury ,Jupiter,Venus,& Saturn . As we know that moon to circulate the entire world it takes 2& half days in the sense that it is the highest moving planets which reached to the earth . Sun has a regular moving for the period of 1 months , Other planets have a time of about a 1 month but sometime such planets have direct & retrograde motion so that the period may be change accordingly .

However Jupiter & Saturn are slow moving planets where Jupiter takes about 1 yrs to rotate while Saturn has 2 & half yrs . With this movement of this planetary influence on us we are aware that since quite few months the nature has not given the rosy picture as we have observed that quite good many accident road & air in every part of the world , killing innocence person who may not thought while leaving their place . Besides we have observed that nature calamities just as earth quakes ,sea motion , snow fall have been experience by the people .

This is indirectly has an influence of cosmic mind power where in which mode human power with a mind ,brain,& conscious may influence to accept the reality of the cosmic forces but human mind with their influence of inner urge & divinity may find the solution of their life towards the environment related to it .

Not quite.

Jupiter rotates on its axis every nine and a half hours. And takes almost twelve *years* to orbit the Sun.

Saturn rotates on its axis in a slightly longer period - a shade over ten hours. I am unsure as to where you might be getting your data from.

Connecting to the eternal upper force is mainly an ethical matter of practical morality, i.e. it is essential to direct our spiritual force to govern our physical actions step-by-step. If our creative intentions and actions are morally good, we are capable to obtain the desired human and social events in our life-time and mortal human body, because our living soul has reached the right freedom-of-choice, in terms of full creative potential. There might be a connection to astronomy here, because we are all star dust.
