What is composition of Physiological saline?

Physiological saline used for dissecting lepidopteran midgut.

Dissolve 8.5 g NaCl in water. Autoclave 15 min at 121°C. Cool to room temperature and you will get a physiological saline solution 0.85%.

you can increase or decrease your concentration as in your m&m.
