Letrazole induces PCOs I have used in SD Rats. Optimized model. It works for both rat and mouse.

letrozole at concentrations of 0.1 or 0.5 or 1 mg/kg p.o. dissolved in 1% CMC (2 mL/kg) once daily. The treatment period was 21 days. Or you can make in gum acaci or 95% ethanol for 10ml volume make up with 90ml Gum acacia in RO water.

Estradiol valerate, 2 mg i.m. at day 12-14 induces PCOS ovarian ch¿anges.

I think the material Beta estradiol 17-valerate is better in inducing PCO , But this material is a little expensive !!
