Hello.

I would like to know which RZ is considered to be acceptable for a HRP conjugated protein. I have seen some bibliography and the pure Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) used to be conjugated should have a RZ (Abs 403 nm/Abs 280 nm) of approx. 3 to be good enough at conjugation. However, I cannot find anything about what is an acceptable value for the obtained conjugated protein (I read somenthing about 0.4 but I think it is very low). Ideas on this parameter would be appreciated. I would like to use it as QC in the production of HRP conjugated recombinant antigens.
