I am not an expert on optimization but as far as I am aware TOSCA (part of Dassault Systemes) is at the top of the game, it is the best among all of those mentioned.

If you have experience in mentioned structural optimization softwares i ask you to explain about them. Im doubtful to start learning Optistruct or continue using Abaqus for optimization purpose.
Abaqus optimization has some limitations. For example it can not be used with Dynamic, Explicit procedure. I know there is alternative methods like "equivalent static loading" for dynamic problems.I want to know Optistruct has the same limitations or not. Or maybe structural optimization can not be performed for dynamic problems at all.
