In a special vehicle, riding at constant velocity (around 40 km/h) increase amplitude of vibration dramatically while the amplitude of vibration decreases before and after of this velocity. What are the reasons for this phenomena? How could I decrease the vibration of the vehicle in this case? Would you please recommend any paper or book?

Since the increase of amplitude is observed at a specific velocity, I would first look at if "resonance" could explain the phenomenon. In your case, the excitation frequency (corresponding to the 40 km/h velocity) could be the same as one of the natural frequencies of the vehicle system.
