I think for standard, it is not nice to isolate letrozole from plasma (you need to confirm the chemical structure by MS, NMR, you also should determine the purity of the isolate etc). I think you can buy the standard from many suppliers, e.g. from Sigma-Aldrich, or USP RS, Ph. Eur. RS, BDG Synthesis or others as described above. You will find many companies, that sell letrozole in Google.

I never said i am going to use standard from a extract. i asked where i can get standards of highest pure quality and i am looking for letrozole -D4 for internal standard for ms with highest purity.
