I have experimental data of G'(w) and G"(w) obtained from nanoindentation. I want to obtain relaxation modulus (G(t)) and want to know how well that fits with different viscoelastic model. Can anyone suggest me one software that can do the same? I am aware of RHEA software that will provide G(t) by fitting with generalized maxwell model provided G' and G" is given as input to the software.

I would suggest FE software in which either tons of ready made material models are available for validations /like LS-DYNA/ or with easy possibility to write your own model /like ABAQUS/ In any case "explicit time integration" is preferable, because of dynamic character of your problem. Both programs are widely used for your needs!
If you are student I would highly recommend you student version of Marc&Mentat from MSC.Software.
In our lab we are using Rheoplus software to finding storage and loss modulus. we get software with our instrument. so if your any nearby lab you having Rheoplus software then you can do your calculations.

I think the best way to model a viscoelastic material is using abaqus, i wasted so many time in ansys and other software, and finally realized only abaqus support it best, many majule such as time dependet, frequency dependenet, and by tension, compression and shear test is supported, many ways to define a best model for these material
Recently I got a demo version of ViscoData . This also works fine if you give input as G'(w) or G(t).
