all similarity measures that are introduced in papers (which I have studied until now) are defined for 2 fuzzy numbers and return the similarity of two generalized fuzzy numbers. is there any generalized method to measure the similarity between 3 fuzzy number?

distance based Similarity definitions use only two groups (e.g. AB) as the base which can be generalized using different criterion e.g. distance of two-by-two (AB,AC,BC) out of tree groups of numbers and then use sum of the obtained absolute distances or whatever definition which works better for you ;)

Extend the definition of the distance between two points to the distance between three points.... Now, I think you can easily create it...
