A physical nerve complex is collection of objects that have a common part (called the nucleus of the complex).

Here are three examples:

wood vortex art: The attached images provide an example of a vortex nerve containing overlapping lotus leaf shapes with common part (center vortex). This art work was made in Pakistan and found by @Muhammad Zubair Ahmad.

planetary system: planets in a planetary system rotating round a sun, which is the nucleus of the system.

multi-storied building: levels in a building connected to a staircase. The staircase is the nucleus (part of building common to levels).
