The question is not specific. However, for most kind of morphometric analysis, you required a Topographic Map / DEM / DTM. Since urban areas are mostly flat, you may require a high resolution (< 5 m) DEM particularly LIDAR DEM or a Terrestrial Laser Scanned DEM. Once you have a DEM, you can extract and analyze most of the morphometrical parameters. (You can start with a SRTM DEM in case if you dont have a better DEM).
