Hi, I am doing an immunofluorescence experiment using particles. Protein conjugated microparticles were dispensed onto the PDMS surface, the suspension (Tween in PBS) was evaporated, and then stored in a desiccator blocking light. As the storage period increases, the immunofluorescence signal of the particles decreases. Drying of particles is essential for experiments. Is there a good way?
