However, assuming that you are a fresh author, I would suggest you to start from the list of references of your article. Some of the journals in which the cited articles were published could directly align with your topic. Then you can also try a number of journal recommender systems. Almost all leading publishers allow authors to utilize their recommender systems without a cost. These are the approaches one can follow to find an appropriate journal without getting someone's help. However, it is always better to studying the selected journal further before making your final decision.
