They are sharp peaks, not broad bands. I've been searching for it for the last two hours but I can't find any explanation. Thanks for any help.

Thanks a lot, Mr. Mawlud. Unfortunately, the answer to my question wasn't there, but the article you linked was very helpful nevertheless.
The whole spectrum appears weak if you look at the y-axis. The 1400 cm-1bands are sharp and weak compared to the rest of the spectrum. Are there any bands around 3000cm-1 ?. The 1400 cm-1 bands could be a hydrocarbon impurity or some other weak impurity. Otherwise you have to consider symmetry within the molecule giving specific sharp bands.
Does this sample fluoresce and are you using a fluorescence correction algorithm?
