Cloud technologies have better Planning system than the previous ERP versions which are really speeding up the production planning and logistics planning. e.g; Book Publishing Houses who needs to be on their toes all the time when the schools are open and trade fairs, This requires a very detailed planning and logistics enablement to make sure the products reaches in time and the systems are connected (IoT, EDI's, gateways, API's, Multiple System).
IoT is another area which really mobilizes the warehouses when used in combination with new age ERP system such as Cloud Products. e;g; Industrial Engineering Organizations , needs the sophisticated machines to provide seamless data in/ out and generate reports for safety, maintenance, alerts,etc.
